It's a long story. Fortunately, every job I ever had taught me something important. Lesson upon lesson until I found something I truly loved and a way to implement all these skills.
I have a long history with Orme Hardware. My father-in-law hired me before I married his daughter 42 years ago. Working for Jack taught me about the importance of customer service. My brother-in-law, Dick McCoy excelled at knowing the needs of the customer.
My wife and I ran our own business for about 18 years. I learned so much there; sweat equity, accountability, perseverance. Until I felt there was more out there, and I wanted to get my MBA.
Cambridge Ford - I learned to stay calm and listen carefully as the Customer Resolution Manager.
And then I found real estate. Everything clicked. All those skills I had acquired over a lifetime of learning finally came together. I began working part-time for Dave Ogle. Quickly switched to full time and began working towards my broker's license. The opportunity arose to purchase the brokerage when Dave was considering slowing down and heading toward retirement.
So, here I am. It took me a while to find my niche. But I love real estate.
My family and my church keep me on solid ground. Wife, Beth, two grown sons (and the exceptional women that married them) with kids of their own have my heart. I am a grandfather to Nicholas, Grant, Duncan, Sophia & Chloe. It's true what they say about being a grandparent; it's awesome!
Mix in some volunteer time and my continued research on the Wright Brothers and there you have it!

Lovel Quinn
My name is Lovel Quinn. I am excited and thankful to be in this great community of Cambridge. I am originally from Jackson County. My small town roots, many years of experience, along with selling real estate in multiple areas in central and southeastern Ohio is an asset in this business.
I moved to Guernsey County in February 2019 with my husband, Aaron. Aaron graduated from Cambridge High School in 1989. He felt a great draw to come back to this area and give back to a community that gave him so much. I have met so many wonderful people and have been able to help a multitude already with their real estate needs in an honest and ethical manner.
We have 3 children. Ethan graduated from Ohio Dominican University in 2017. He was married in July 2021. His lovely wife, Haley, is a special needs teacher. Ethan works for Premier Asphalt and Concrete in Columbus and is an assistant basketball coach at Denison University. Madeline graduated in 2020 with a degree in secondary math education. She is currently working on her masters degree @ OU in clinical mental health counseling. TraVon is a 2020 grad from Cambridge High School. He is studying special education @ West Liberty University. He plays football and runs track for the Hilltoppers! We are very proud of all of them.
I am a graduate of the University of Rio Grande in Rio Grande, Ohio. I have degrees in Communications and Public Relations. I obtained my real estate license in 2005. Since then I have helped people buy and sell properties anywhere from Guernsey, Delaware, Knox, Madison, Union and Pickaway Counties all the way down to Ross, Jackson and Gallia. I am truly blessed to have met so many wonderful people throughout my many years in this business. It has been my pleasure helping them with the life changing decision of buying and selling their property.
I love helping people with all their real estate needs. I look forward to serving you! I treat people the way I want to be treated; with honesty, respect and great communication.

Anyone who has ever participated in team sports or even just group projects understands that the ideal teammate is one who will always do what is best for the rest of the team. Working with me will guarantee that you have a teammate at your side who will always put your interests before anything else in the hectic real estate world.
Caden Burga here; nice to meet you. In 2021, I received my high school diploma from Buckeye Trail, where I spent the majority of my time playing sports and making great friends. I'm a student at Ohio University in Athens right now, where my goal is to major in business management and minor in marketing.
Although I am a younger agent, I have had a strong personal interest in real estate since I was a high school sophomore. I see working as a realtor as the ideal way to interact with individuals from all areas of life. I greatly enjoy helping people and knowing that I am guiding them toward the life they desire.
In addition to real estate, I still like to play many sports, work out, and watch the Buckeyes. The last item on that list, as many of you are aware, can sometimes be the most difficult to do! Putting jokes aside, I always try to have a positive attitude and find fun in everything that I do.
I am looking forward to being on your team!

Hello, I am Logan McVicker, and I am enthusiastic to assist you in your real estate journey! I am a lifelong resident of Guernsey County where my family and I still reside on the same farm that has been in our family for over two hundred years. I plan to build a future here and look forward to helping others do the same.
I am a 2019 graduate of Buckeye Trail High School where I played baseball, basketball, and football. I then went on to graduate from Kent State University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. My goal is to eventually open my own engineering firm, as well as continuing to buy, sell, and invest in real estate. I have also coached various sports where I tried to instill values, teamwork, and trust in all the players that I have coached. I believe that my background in sports and engineering builds a great foundation of teamwork and trust, as well as attention to the details that will help me throughout my real estate career.
I have always loved helping people, and the sense of accomplishment that comes with it. I believe that working together, as a team, we can accomplish a common goal and find the perfect fit for you and your family. I look forward to serving you and helping you find your own place that feels like home.
Mary Ann Hupp
Hello! My name is Mary Ann Hupp, and my story is an expansive one to put into a short bio. That is because I have quite a diverse list of both work and life experiences that have made me who I am today. However, although each of those experiences are precious to me; I will try to be concise and not make you too weary from reading.
Without a doubt the smartest thing I did as a young woman (1984) was to complete my first degree in nursing. This followed a passion I had since childhood to nurture and provide care to anyone in need. Later in my career (2009) I also completed the course work to receive my 2nd degree, Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management.
As a child my mother found me bandaging kittens' paws and suggested at that time that someday I would make a great nurse. That memory is still with me, and I cherish it so much. It led me to follow my passion in a profession I loved until I retired from nursing after 36 years of service in 2020.
During those years I learned well the art and skill of advocacy. I cared for vulnerable populations in several different healthcare venues. My nursing practice first found me in the field of psychiatric nursing for Cambridge State Hospital (and the many name revisions that followed there) followed by prison nursing at Noble Correctional Institution, and finally as Nurse Manager for the Veterans Administration in both Mental Health (1st Nurse Manager at Columbus campus), and Primary Care (Zanesville and Cambridge Community Based Outreach
Clinics). Throughout all this, my advocacy skills became well honed.
I retired from nursing in 2020, right around the time the dread Covid outbreak was occurring. After having worked somewhere since I was 15 years old, I found it extremely difficult to sit at home day in and day out. As an empty nester from having the busy life of raising a daughter, and helping to raise one of my stepsons, I felt without purpose. My sister and brother-in-law, George & Carolyn Sherry,
co-brokers at Y City Realty in Zanesville, OH, joined us for dinner on New Year’s Eve, 2020, and I discussed this with them asking if they thought I would make a good realtor. They both encouraged me to complete the coursework needed to get my real estate license and stated they would sponsor me through their brokerage when I had completed all of those requirements. I did so and received my license June 15,
2021.
Once licensed, I promptly joined up with the team at Y-City Realty. They proved to be a great team to work with and taught me so much to get me started and work with folks in a whole new line of work from what I was accustomed. What I quickly recognized in this new career move was the beauty of my experience in advocacy, for although real estate is not healthcare, it is still helping folks through what can be a stressful and life-changing experience. It requires leadership skills and advocacy to help them (sometimes down to hand holding while they cry) to understand and to complete with as little stress as possible convoluted real estate practices.
However, although I totally enjoyed working with, and I am grateful for the mentoring I received from the team at Y-City Realty, I don’t live in the Muskingum County area. It was solely for that demographic reason that I said fare well to the Y-City Realty team and I have now joined up with a new team at Scott-Ogle Realty in Cambridge. I am excited to be “home” and look forward to working with Mark and Beth Wharton, and the rest of my new team members to deliver the quality, professional, and trusted real estate practices my hometown community is used to from that well-established brokerage!
Having said all of the above, I will give you just a little about me personally, I am a wife of 30 years to my wonderful husband (Ron Hupp); mother of 1 daughter (Stacy Zimmer) stepmother of 2 “sons” (Mike and Jason); grandmother of one grandson and two granddaughters, as well as great-grandmother of three young boys and one young girl (with another boy and girl soon to arrive). Who could be more blessed!
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the corresponding local Guernsey-Muskingum Valley Board of Realtors, (GMVAR), Trinity Lutheran Church in Zanesville, Ohio, and a life Auxiliary member of the Byesville VFW Post 3760. My hobbies include crochet, reading, genealogy, and I absolutely love to travel.

After several attempts I've come to the conclusion that writing a bio about oneself is not very easy! What can I say that isn't read in most bios? I am a local girl, graduated from Meadowbrook High School, attended Muskingum Area Technical College (aka Zane State) and most recently graduated from Hondros business College. I hold my Ohio Real Estate License, an Associate Degree in Business, an Ohio Notary, and I am ordained in the State of Ohio to preform ceremonies. I belong to the Buffalo VFW, Kipling VFW, Cambridge Eagles, the EOAG Photo Club, and most recently joined the Byesville Rotary. I have been strongly involved with the Lore City Ladies and advocated for the dog park in the Village. In the past I have been on the Lore City Council and was the first woman Mayor of Lore City.
The real estate career seemed to be a no-brainer for me. My parents have been in the housing business since 1970's
(I hope that didn't just date me!) and I have seen all aspects of buying, renting and restoring real estate. I bring with me to this new chapter of my life 13 years of oil & gas title experience. I have worked for some big-name clients in the oil business. Running the history of a parcel of land has been challenging, unique, frustrating, interesting, and very rewarding.
I am a proud mama of two grown sons and an empty nester fur-mom of a 20 pound Schnauzer named Clifford. Iam usually the person that has a camera in my hand! This is a fun hobby that has granted me opportunity to share places and events with people. It will also let me showcase the best features your of your home when I take a listing.
I enjoy my life and meeting new people and have a soft spot of wanting to help. I spent 10 years working at the Guernsey County Home and enjoyed all the residents and their families. The people there made work my second home.
I would be honored to meet you and help with your next transition.
I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities.
Let's connect. Jessica

If you're looking for the real McCoy...look no further! I am a real McCoy. Born and raised right here in Guernsey County. My family has long been associated with the hardware business. Grew up working with my Dad and three brothers in the hardware store. That's where I learned the most valuable lessons in life; lessons of service to customers and community. Those lessons have never failed me.
My experience has taken me down some unusual paths. Fiercely and passionately doing what I love at each turn. I was fortunate that way.
I must admit, Real Estate was accidental. My husband had discovered it several years earlier and absolutely loved it. When my father passed away, I was looking for something new, not necessarily another job! However, I followed Mark as support for all the behind-the-scenes work. I do the accounting, paperwork, photos, and staging. Fascinated by the quality and quantity of customer service, I earned my real estate license.
I think what I love most about my journey through life are the stories. Connections to friends, family and yes, even strangers add such a richness to the dash between the dates. And now as a Real Estate Agent the stories are remarkable. I hear about sacrifice, determination, joy and sometimes sorrow.
My personal life is full of great stories, too. Two wonderful sons. Two spectacular daughters-in-laws and five of the most delightful grandchildren you have ever seen!! And I still make time for one of my great passions, genealogy. I volunteer at the Guernsey County Genealogical Society and it fills my heart to help others discover the stories in their families.
Give me a call. I want to hear your story.
