Scott-Ogle Real Estate began as a partnership in 1977 between Ruth Hutchison Scott and W. David Ogle. Scott-Ogle has long held a place of respect in our community and of serving the client. Mark R. Wharton worked with David for several years before purchasing the company in 2019.

In 48 years we have helped hundreds of people with investment properties, family homes, estate properties, farm lands & recreational land. We believe in the communities we serve.

There are a lot of details and deadlines to get your property sold. You're going to know and understand what has to happen. We handle the details and keep you apprised every step of the way. 

Buying a home, you don't need the luck of the Irish. You just need us to walk you through step by step. We arrange the appointments and share with you the information to make a good decision. Deadlines can stop progress in it's tracks and problems can be avoided if you know what your responsibilities are as a buyer. (Get pre-approval from your local bank before you look at properties.)

Negotiating is for both sides of real estate. An offer consists of price, conditions, remedies and time frame for possession. Consideration is given to each according to your needs.
